He signed both the album cover and the inner sleeve. He also included the year, 2011.

I met him and got him to sign this record when I saw him on January 29, 2011 at The Depot in Salt Lake City, Utah. The album is in excellent condition with only minor wear on the top right corner of the cover and comes from a smoke free home. I have been collecting for over 28 years and will be listing many more in the days to come.
