This is an original 1976 promotional record album (12x12") titled "Changes One Bowie which was personally autographed (HAND SIGNED) on the cover by deceased music superstar DAVID BOWIE. He also added "'99" to his unique autograph. One of the BEST albums to have signed, it contains his "greatest hits". Items authentically autographed by Bowie are scarce and highly sought... This is an exceptional item.
