The cover has a little surface wear and ring wear as shown on the front and middle of the cover and a small tear about 1 /2 Inch scuff as shown on the cover back.
It is in nice condition for its age and stored carefully. It comes with a genuine 1996 1997 fabric unpeeled Kiss Alive 35 VIP Guest pass and a genuine purple preowned Kiss All Access VIP tour pass is included as a bonus.
